Causes of Spondylosis and Symptoms
Spondylosis refers to age-related ‘wear and tear’ that can affect tissues and bones in the neck.
The most common symptoms of spondylosis are neck pain, stiffness and headaches. In rare circumstances, it can trap nerves in the neck, leading to:
- pain extending from the arms
- pins and needles in the arms and legs
- loss of feeling in the hands and legs
- difficulty walking andloss of co-ordination
However, many people with spondylosis don't ever experience any symptoms.
